SKF SNLN Split Plummer Block Housings: SNLN plummer block housings are split housings designed for spherical roller bearings in the 230 series, consisting of a cap and base, with a eye-bolt in the cap and two cast holes for attachment bolts. Made of grey cast iron, SNLN housings are painted black using a water based alkyd/acryl paint which protects the housing in accordance with ISO 12944-2, corrosivity category C2 (i.e. exterior atmospheres with low level of pollution, interior atmospheres where condensation may occur). SNLN plummer block housings are dimensionally interchangeable with earlier SN 30 housings. Benefits: Simple mounting, good heat dissipation, grease guiding system. |
