I thought when i needed bearings and seals I was going to be well done as I didn't know anything except that i needed some. I went to my local bearing stockist and was made to feel small and unknowing so i subsequently didn't buy off them as the prices felt like they were stacked against me so i went home and emailed simplybearings with my tail of woe, amazing response time and prices were what I considered very reasonable so I bought them, arrived quick but to my my horror I had ordered the wrong thing. They said no quibble returns and sure to their word they allowed me to return them and sent me the right items....
